2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount including any applicable delivery fees, tips, and taxes.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup orders should be collected at the specified location during the selected time slot. Delivery orders are subject to our delivery radius and fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund requests must be made within a reasonable time after your order. Refunds are processed at the discretion of Test Taco Truck. Cancelled orders may be subject to a processing fee.

5. Rewards Program

Points earned through our rewards program have no cash value and may expire. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time. Abuse of the rewards system may result in account suspension.

6. Food Safety

We prepare all food in accordance with local health regulations. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
