By accessing or using the El Cevichazoo HTX online ordering website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Online Ordering
Our Service allows you to place food orders for pickup or delivery from El Cevichazoo HTX. All orders are subject to availability. Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the menu are in US dollars. Tax may apply at the time of pickup or delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.
4. Order Cancellation & Refunds
Once an order is confirmed and being prepared, it cannot be cancelled. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of El Cevichazoo HTX.
5. SMS/Text Message Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from El Cevichazoo HTX, you consent to receive automated SMS messages related to your order, including:
- Order confirmation
- Order status updates (being prepared, ready for pickup)
- Delivery status updates
Message frequency: Up to 5 messages per order.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to any messages you receive.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from future messages. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

We will never send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages without your separate explicit consent. Order notification messages are transactional only.
Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Cricket, Metro, Boost, and most other US carriers. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability.
6. Rewards Program
Our rewards program is offered at the discretion of El Cevichazoo HTX. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time. Rewards are linked to your phone number.
7. Food Allergens & Dietary Information
Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to shellfish, fish, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and tree nuts. If you have a food allergy, please contact us directly before ordering. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
8. Limitation of Liability
El Cevichazoo HTX and its website operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent order.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
